Participation qualifications: 15 years old or older (10 km) on the day of the race Parent-child run 5 km: Children under 15 years old and 1 guardian
Time limit: 180 minutes / 90 minutes (half / 10 km)
However, the time posted on the official website is up to 150/75 minutes.
(Beginners can feel free to participate)
Water supply: Prepared every 5000m (temporary water supply station will be set up in case of temperature rise)
Awards: Half /10km: Top 3 men and women
　　　Only 1st place in 10-year increments by age　
Insurance: Tournament organizer's insurance
Measurement: chip measurement (built into the number card, please return it after the race)
Note:
・Parent-child runs will not be recorded and there will be no awards. Please check the time on the goal clock at the goal.
・Participants should take good care of their own health before participating.
・Please prepare a 45 liter garbage bag so that your luggage will not get wet in case of rain.
・There is an explanation of the course before starting. Be sure to check the course after listening to the explanation. If you run without checking the course and make a course mistake, the official time cannot be measured.

Valuables: There is a luggage storage area. Please manage valuables by yourself.
