Time limit: 180/90 minutes (10 km)
However, the time posted on the official website is up to 150/75 minutes.
Parent-child runs are not recorded (no awards are given).
Please check the goal clock or your own watch.
(Beginners can feel free to participate)

Participation qualifications: High school students and above in good health, parents and children under the age of 15 and parents

Note:
・Participants should take good care of their own health before participating.
・There will be a meeting to explain the course 30 minutes before starting. Be sure to participate to avoid mistakes. Please ask for English explanation if needed.
·There is no parking lot. Please use public transportation from an eco-friendly point of view.
・Please cooperate in taking your garbage home with you.

Location: Mukogawa riverbed green area, under Yamate Ohashi Bridge: north side near Koshien exit.
