Event: Full/half, 10km men's and women's run, 5km parent-child run
Start: 11:00 (all events start at the same time)
Time limit: 2:30h
However,  the official website timekeeping may finish earlier.
Parent-child runs will not be recorded (no awards will be given).
Please check the goal clock or your own watch.

Capacity: 200 people
Eligibility:
10 km: Healthy people over high school age
　Parent-child 5km: Children under 15 and their guardians
Venue: Start in front of Todabashi Stadium at Arakawa, nearest station Nishidai on the Toei Mita Line.

・Participants should take good care of their own health before participating.
・There will be a meeting to explain the course 30 minutes before starting. Be sure to participate. If there is a course mistake, the official time cannot be measured.
·There is no parking lot. Please use public transportation from an eco-friendly point of view.
・Please cooperate in taking your garbage home with you.
